What is Octopia Products?
Octopia Products is our Dropshipping solution. You have access to a broad offer and internationally renowned brands; you have access to our white label shipping service, available in 25 European countries. How does it work?

Do I need to operate as a business entity to use Dropshipping?
In order to use our service, you must be legally registered and recognized as a business entity. This procedure varies from one country to another, but you must have a business registration number or SIRET number which testifies to your status as an official business.
Is Octopia Products a free solution?
Our service is completely free of charge, you will not be charged a registration fee nor required to make an express commitment. When you use our service, you simply purchase the products in the catalog when you have sold them yourself via your e-commerce site or on a third-party marketplace.
Why must I enter my credit card details when I register?
Your banking details are required to validate your registration and to pay for your future orders. Our service is free of charge and requires no commitment. In order to validate the authenticity of your credit card, a request will be sent to your bank to authorize a fee of €0.01. This sum will not be withdrawn from your bank account and will expire after 6 business days.
How do I obtain the product catalog?
Once you have completed registration, you will have access to our catalog. You must therefore complete our registration form.
Within 24 to 48 hours, our team of experts will send you your access codes to use our solution.
Where are the goods sold by Octopia Products stocked?
All our products are stocked in our warehouses in France. These facilities cover a surface area of more than 550,000 m², which allows us to offer a comprehensive catalog with a wide range of products, the biggest European brands and more than 30 product categories.
Our geographical location also enables our shipping partners, such as Chronopost International, to ship goods rapidly to your customers in some 30 European countries.
Are the products in the catalog exclusively Octopia products?
Yes, only the products listed in the catalog are in stock for sale. All the products available are stocked in our warehouses in France. When a product is out of stock or reaching imminent depletion, it is no longer available from the catalog.
What are the product categories on offer?
Our catalog offers you more than 60,000 products, under several categories such as: Home, Telephony, Computers, Sports, Electronics, Toys, Video Games, Garden, Sound & Image, DIY and Childcare.
You are free to choose which product categories you wish to include in your catalog, and which offers you wish to publish on your website or various distribution channels.
How are shipping costs billed?
Shipping costs are included in your pre-tax purchasing price stated in the product catalog.
How do I manage my pricing?
You are free to set your own sales prices for products and to determine the sales margin to apply. You control the pricing policy of your sales channels. Remember to add the VAT charges of your delivery country to your sales price.
How do I follow the integration of my orders?
Processing details of your orders are available in a dedicated file placed in your “FTP Orders” environment.
How is parcel tracking managed?
Octopia Products provides order tracking with hourly updates. Tracking information is available in your FTP Orders environment, under the “Tracking” section. Information on aspects such as parcel tracking, tracking procedures and how to find these details are described in the specifications brief which you may access as soon as you register.
What are the delivery lead-times?
Depending on the country of delivery, lead times vary from 2 to 6 business days.
Which countries is this shipping service available in?
The service is available in 25 European countries. The countries currently covered by the Dropshipping service are as follows: France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Note: We do not ship to French overseas departments or territories, Corsica, Monaco or Switzerland.
Can I customize my parcel packaging?
No, it is not possible to customize packaging. The products purchased are shipped to your end customer as white label.
What do I do if my customer withdraws their order?
Requests to cancel orders are under your responsibility. Octopia has no decision-making power with regard to order withdrawals requested by your customers. Withdrawal does not apply in the framework of B-to-B dealings.
What happens if the end customer does not receive their order?
We provide you with proof of delivery and check that a parcel has been delivered (or not) to your customer. If your customer claims not to have received their order, you are advised to contact our after-sales service at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if the end customer receives a defective product?
Following an examination of your request by our customer service department, we will send you neutral postage-paid return labels to enable your customer to return the parcel. Once the return has been registered, we will refund the total sum of your order. It is then your responsibility to manage the reimbursement of your end customer.
How is my billing managed?
Your bills and credit notes are placed in a dedicated space on your FTP.
